1. Delivery Information

We strive to get your premium acoustic panels to you as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Processing & Lead Times: Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Courier Contact: The courier will contact you on the day of delivery to provide a specific time window.
  • UK Domestic Shipping: No customs fees apply; all orders are shipped directly from within the UK.

2. Shipping Rates

  • UK Mainland: £24.99 per order.
  • Northern Ireland: £69.99 per order.
  • Small Accessories: (Ensure these are assigned to your Small Parcel rate, e.g., £4.99, so customers aren't charged the full pallet rate for just adhesive or screws).

3. Missed or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available or a designated safe place is allocated for your delivery.

  • Redelivery Charge: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to lack of access, a £40 redelivery charge may apply to rearrange the service.

4. Returns & Refunds

We understand that projects can change. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • 14-Day Notification: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging to be suitable for resale.
  • Collection Service: We can arrange a professional courier collection for a £25 fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Refund Processing: Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Any applicable collection or handling fees will be deducted from the total.
