1. Return Notification Window

  • 14-Day Notice: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return.
  • 30-Day Completion: Following notification, items must be returned to our facility within the standard 30-day window.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a successful return and full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Panels must be in the exact condition as received and suitable for resale.
  • Unused & Uninstalled: We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, cut, or modified.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your request.

3. Collection Service & Fees

We offer a professional collection service for your convenience:

  • Collection Fee: A £25 collection fee applies if you request Churchill Panels to arrange a courier for your return.
  • Deduction: This fee covers the cost of arranging and processing the return and will be deducted from your final refund amount once the item is inspected.
  • Self-Return: Customers may choose to arrange their own tracked shipping to our return address to avoid the collection fee.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund, and in these cases, the collection fee will be waived.
