Important Note on Product Consistency

As our acoustic panels are handcrafted from natural wood, grain patterns and wood tones may vary slightly between production batches. To ensure a perfectly consistent finish for your feature wall, we strongly recommend calculating your total area accurately and ordering all required panels in a single batch.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 working days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking details. Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery to provide an estimated arrival time.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping based on your location:

  • UK Mainland: £24.99 per order
  • Northern Ireland: £69.99 per order All orders are shipped directly from within the UK, meaning you will incur no customs fees or import charges.

Tracking Your Order

If your order has not arrived within the expected 10-day timeframe, please complete the following steps before reaching out:

  • Review your shipping confirmation email to verify that your delivery address is correct.
  • Use the provided tracking link to check the real-time status of your parcel.
  • Check with your local delivery office or neighbors to see if the parcel was accepted on your behalf.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery or that a clearly accessible "safe place" has been designated. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to lack of access or failure to receive the parcel, it may be classified as a failed delivery. Please note that rearranging delivery following a failed attempt may be subject to a £40.00 redelivery charge.
